Tuber Standards
All tubers are cultivated with care right here on our Hawke’s Bay property. We only offer tubers that meet the same high standard we’d expect to receive. Each one was carefully inspected at division for visible eyes, and only those with clear eyes were selected for sale. Please note that eyes can become less noticeable over winter storage, but we assure you that every tuber was thoroughly checked before being listed. Tubers vary naturally in size and shape – some are firm and full, others may show slight wrinkling. As a natural protective measure, all tubers are dusted with cinnamon, which acts as an antifungal.

Variety Identification
We use an in-house numbering system to help us quickly identify each variety. This reference number appears in the SKU field of each product listing, and it will be marked directly on your tuber as well as on your packing slip.

Shipping Details
We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only. If you live in a rural delivery zone, please be sure to select the rural shipping option at checkout so we can avoid any delivery hold-ups. Due to the high volume of orders expected and the significant admin time required to merge parcels, we are unable to combine shipping on multiple separate orders.

Dispatch will begin from September.

Post‑Receipt Care & Responsibility
Once your tuber arrives, its ongoing care becomes your responsibility. If you encounter any problem, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Because dahlias are living products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for tubers that fail to sprout or grow—storage methods and growing environments after delivery are outside of our control.

Refund Policy
We make every effort to fulfil all orders as placed. However, if during the packing and shipping process we find that any tuber no longer meets our quality standards, we will issue a refund to you before your order is dispatched.
